Good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed, relaxing and huge room. Decent view to garden. Polite and very nice staff, always with a smile. Location adjacent to a good clean beach and sea, local shops, and the sea.

The hotel is just not what it promises. Average food, unclean towels, and a swimming pool with limescale everywhere. I almost gave a nice review until I noticed the lack of any welcome gestures. Is it too much to expect a complimentary drink or upgrade? I guess I'm just not that special after all, sigh.

The food at Alhambra really shined bright with heaps of variety, especially at breakfast where you can feast on delish pastries. The facilities, including the fabulous pools and spa, added to the luxurious vibe. Plus, we totally loved the location close to the lively Al Kantaoui Marina!
We hit a few bumps-check-in was a bit of a drag paying full price instead of the online discount, and the bathroom lock was a bit dodgy.

The staff were friendly and available at all times. The outdoor pools and beautifully maintained gardens were a delight. Plus, the animation team added so much fun to our holiday, providing various engaging activities throughout the day.
The restaurant's food could use more variety.

The hotel is a fantastic spot for families, especially with the spacious rooms and fine recreational facilities like the hot tub and golf course. The animation team was friendly and engaging. The food selections at the buffet were diverse and tasty, catering to all preferences.
My kids wished there were more options for younger children, especially play areas out of the sun.

Relaxing atmosphere, excellent amenities, the beach access made it easy to unwind by the coast after enjoying a scrumptious breakfast at the buffet while the effective 24-hour reception ensured all our requests were met promptly.

The location was amazing, just a short stroll to the beach. And the staff really were very good, provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the varied dining options-they had some fantastic seafood dishes!
But it would be great if they could offer more information about daily activities and events to avoid cancellations due to low participation.
